Child Death Investigations

This webinar will explore leading causes of child deaths, with focus on age and demographics. The webinar will discuss evidence collection and preservation, resources, medical examiner roles, investigative steps, and legal issues and prosecution. It will also discuss considerations for evidence and scene preservation in child abuse cases that have the potential to become death investigations, and the value of multi-disciplinary teams in these difficult cases.
