The National Conference on Preventing Crime is a collaborative effort to foster communication and action among practitioners through the sharing of innovative ideas and prevention strategies that have been successful in all communities.
This year's conference will be hosted by Sheriff Chad Chronister and the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
A major component of the program will be directed toward alternatives to violence among youth.
