Colorado observes National Crime Victims' Rights Week and honors victims with a public ceremony to be held April 8, 2019. This year's national theme, "Honoring Our Past. Creating Hope for the Future," honors all victims of crime. We will localize the theme by placing special emphasis on the Columbine High School shooting on this important anniversary. Join the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance as keynote speaker Frank DeAngelis, retired principal of Columbine High School, remembers 20 year since the shooting.
