Northeast Tribal Conference on Child Victimization

This event is for tribal leaders, law enforcement, prosecutors and judges, victim advocacy professionals, child protection workers, health/mental health professionals, Children's Advocacy Center staff, and those in related fields.

This conference will provide updated strategies and skills in child protection. The conference will:
- focus on the investigation and prosecution of child victimization, abuse and exploitation in Indian Country
- address jurisdictional and cultural issues in crimes against children in Indian Country
- increase skills and knowledge of interdisciplinary tribal professionals who respond to child victimization, and professionals interested in preventing the victimization of children
