The OJJDP FY24 Family Treatment Court Program seeks to build the capacity of states, state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized tribal governments to sustain existing family treatment courts or establish new family treatment courts.
Family treatment courts serve parents who require treatment for a substance use disorder (SUD) and who are involved with the child welfare system as a result of child abuse, neglect, or other parenting issues.
This webinar will provide a general overview of the program, the goals and objectives, a discussion about the application process, and a Q&A opportunity for participants.
