In April 2024, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) released an updated version of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (known as the “Uniform Guidance” or “Part 200”), along with other guidance updates. The Code of Federal Regulations, in 2 C.F.R. Part 200, will be revised to reflect the updated Uniform Guidance on October 1, 2024, the effective date of OMB's updates.

In this session, the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) financial and grants management policy staff will provide a brief overview of how the revision affects OJP awards and highlight key implementation considerations for OJP recipients and then open the session up for questions and answers.

Topics will include indirect costs, procurements, definition changes, grant award modifications, award extensions, award conditions, closeout costs, and audit requirements.

Note: This webinar has reached the limit for registered attendees. Another session will be held at 12:30 p.m. ET on October 22, 2024. Register here.
