Working with veterans provides an opportunity to support individuals who have served our country. One of the ways this can be done in corrections is the establishment of special programs for incarcerated veterans.
The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Training and Technical Assistance program's recently developed manual on veterans programming is designed to explore the various considerations in establishing a specialized program for incarcerated veterans. This webinar will highlight these considerations, as well as the variety of health and cultural factors, in establishing programming for veterans.
