STOP Specialized TTA - Community Violence Intervention Kickoff

Bureau of Justice Assistance Student, Teachers, and Officers Preventing (STOP) School Violence Program grantees will have access to specialized training and technical assistance (TTA) to enhance the capacity of schools to implement community violence intervention (CVI) programs through the development of tools, resources, and program models.

As one of the new STOP Specialized TTA providers, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) offers TTA on CVI strategies tailored to STOP grantees' school and community safety efforts.

During this kick-off webinar, the presenters will define CVI, introduce participants to school-based violence intervention strategies, and identify how schools can access TTA supports and experts in the field.
