Two-Pronged Study of Bullets Fired by Consecutively Rifled Barrels

Upon completion of this webinar, attendees will learn:
1.) The extent of subclass carry-over in consecutively rifled Ruger LCP barrels.
2.) The error rates associated when firearms examiners used traditional microscopy to identify which LCP barrel was used to fire unknown bullets.
3.) The similarity scores generated when using 3D bullet scans and application of an algorithm to identify which LCP barrel was used to fire unknown bullets.
