This Justice Grants System (JustGrants) Job Aid Reference Guide is designed to assist applicants and award recipients in performing Entity Administrator duties, and is one of the of user training resources the U.S. Department of Justice has made available on the JustGrants website.
Within the JustGrants system, the Entity Administrator (EA) is a key role. The Entity Administrator Job Aid Reference Guide (JARG) provides detailed instruction, training, and reference material to assist EAs in managing their entity information, users, and documents. This JARG is composed of seven sections, including: an introduction and overview that presents the basics of entity management; a summary of initial onboarding during the application submission process; an entity user management overview with specific details of the Digital Identity and Access Management Directory (DIAMD) and entity user management within JustGrants; information on navigating the JustGrants’ Entity Profile; and directions on how to maintain key entity documents. Together with the collection of training resources available for JustGrants users, including self-guided eLearning videos, job aid reference guides, checklists, and infographics, this JARG help users learn to navigate the system effectively and complete various essential grants management tasks.
