OJJDP offers a range of funding opportunities and programs designed to enhance juvenile justice and reduce juvenile offending across the country. Toward this goal, OJJDP is offering a new user-friendly online guide detailing model programs from around the country that addresses a broad range of juvenile justice and delinquency issues. An overview of the guide is presented, as well as basic instructions on how to search the guide for particular programs or categories. Additionally, this report introduces the new Shared Youth Vision Collaboration, which will coordinate Federal, State, and local efforts that serve at-risk youths and their families, and reports on the outcomes of the 2005 National Youth Summit held in Washington, DC, during July 2005 and the 2005 OJJDP National Youth Gang Symposium held in Florida during July 2005. Also featured in this report are the excellence award given to OJJDP's National Youth Court Center and the new publications offered through OJJDP. A funding update is included, as is news from the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and from the Federal Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice.
