Abstract
It is intended as a pocket guide for use by lawyers and litigants who have recourse to the county court. It is designed to direct the reader through the numerous rules surrounding the progress of an action. Both civil matters and matrimonial matters are covered. Subject areas include estate proceedings, judgments and orders, landlord and tenant matters, legal aid, trials, credit agreements, attachments of earnings, and others. Family law matters explained include care and control of children, divorce petitions, minors, name changes, and polygamous marriage. For each subject area, relevant laws, regulations, and judicial decisions are cited. Extensive cross-referencing is also used.
