Abstract
THIS STUDY COVERED A FOUR MONTH PERIOD, SAMPLING 671 ADVANCED LEVEL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM FIVE SCHOOLS. THE FIRST PHASE SURVEYED STUDENT ATTITUDES TOWARD LAW THE EFFORTS AT REFORM MADE BY THE AUTHOR. THE AUTHOR HAD BEEN ASSIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR OF ARKANSAS TO CLEAN UP AND MODERNIZE THE STATE'S INHUMANE AND CORRUPT SYSTEM AND THE DIFFICULTY OF THE TASK IS RELATED IN THIS NARRATIVE.
