Abstract
THE DETAILS OF THE PLAN OUTLINE THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS WHICH EACH PARTICIPATING AGENCY MUST PERFORM. THE FOLLOWING AGENCIES ARE INVOLVED IN THE PLAN- THE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE CRIMINAL COURT, THE SUPREME COURTS, THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION, THE OFFICE OF PROBATION, THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS' OFFICES, THE LEGAL AID SOCIETY, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES. GUIDELINES ARE PROVIDED FOR RE-EVALUATING AND UPDATING SECTIONS OF THE PLAN.
