POLICY STATEMENTS, ACTION PROGRAM MANUALS, AND ISSUES CONCERNING EMPLOYMENT OF WOMEN, MINORITIES, AND SENIOR CITIZENS ARE INCLUDED. SECOND, PUBLICATIONS ARE LISTED THAT FOCUS ON EQUAL EMPLOYMENT IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE AGENCIES, WITH INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLIANCE, RECRUITMENT, AND OTHER RELEVANT TOPICS.
