THE REPORT INCLUDES SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL THAT WILL BE INTRODUCED AS BILLS FOR CONSIDERATION IN ALASKA'S NINTH LEGISLATIVE SESSION.
