Abstract
The report describes inmate movement and characteristics as well as the status of inmate morale, which remained stable throughout the year despite the increased inmate population. Disciplinary actions and inmate congress meetings are outlined, and personnel and business management activities are noted. The report covers topics including the facility's maintenance operations, system 36 computer, food service, farm operations, laundry, and State use industries. The educational programs at the facility are reviewed, and the report concludes that academic and vocational programs continued to progress throughout the reporting period despite the reduction in force of one teacher, as well as teacher reassignments and retirements. Facility social services are discussed in terms of programs, organizations, and situational contacts. This annual report also covers psychological and psychiatric services, medical and dental services, and religious guidance provided to inmates. Finally, the report notes inmate work opportunities, community service projects, and training programs.
