This is the 1996 yearly report on activities and developments at the Albert C. Wagner Youth Correctional Facility, Bordentown, NJ.
Abstract
During the year a metal detector was installed in the Front House and used by all staff for security reasons; an 8-foot-high razor ribbon fence was installed on the roof of the Administration Building because of attempted breaches of security; and some inmates participated in a work stoppage to protest a change in the visit schedule and a change in supervision of medical services.
