THE FEAR OF LOSS OF DRIVING PRIVILEGES MAY HAVE A DETERRENT EFFECT ON THE SOCIAL DRINKER, BUT IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE ALCOHOLIC OR PROBLEM DRINKER.
