Abstract
RATHER THAN REVOKING DRIVERS LICENSES, IT IS SUGGESTED THAT PROGRAMS OF REHABILITATION BE ESTABLISHED. VARIOUS STUDIES ARE CITED WHICH PROVIDE GROUP AND FAMILY COUNSELING TO DEAL WITH SUCH DRIVERS. DISTINCTIONS ARE MADE IN DEALING WITH SOCIAL OR PROBLEM DRINKERS.
