Abstract
THE AUTHORS ANALYZE THE PRINCIPLES APPLICABLE TO DEPORTATION FOR CRIMES INVOLVING MORAL TURPITUDE (THE KEY ELEMENT ON DEPORTABILITY), THE HARSH PROVISIONS FOR DEPORTATION FOR NARCOTICS OFFENSES, AND REVIEW AND ANALYZE THE LAW AS IT RELATES TO OTHER STATUTORY COMPONENTS. THEY ALSO DISCUSS AVAILABLE PROVISIONS AND PROCEDURAL TECHNIQUES DESIGNED TO AMELIORATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DEPORTATION. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT)
