DATA ARE PROVIDED REGARDING TRAFFIC OFFENSES, PROPERTY CRIMES, CRIMES OF VIOLENCE, AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY. THE AUTHOR NOTES THAT THE CRIME RATE IS STABILIZED IN PARTS AND DECREASING IN OTHERS.
