Abstract
ALSO DISCUSSED IS THE POTENTIAL OF THE REFORMS FOR LEGITIMIZING THE DEMOCRATIC STATE IN AUSTRIA AND ITS CAPACITY TO COPE WITH SUCH CONTRADICTIONS. THE RELEVANT ASPECT OF THE ECONOMY IS THE CHANGE TO INTENSIFIED USE OF LABOR AND IMPROVED MARKETS.
