Abstract
BACKGROUND CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTENDANCE STATISTICS FOR CLIENTS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT'S THREE SUBPROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYED ADULTS, UNEMPLOYED ADULTS, AND TEENAGERS ARE PRESENTED. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED BY THE PROJECT DURING THE FUNDING YEAR SUCH AS DIFFICULTIES IN FUND-RAISING AND SOLUTIONS TRIED ARE DISCUSSED. PROJECTIONS ARE MADE FOR FUTURE UNDERTAKINGS.
