This report from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission presents FY2010 expenditure data for the State's Fill the Gap legislation. In response to Arizona's increasing population, the State legislature passed the FTG legislation to provide funding to prosecuting agencies, indigent defense agencies, and the courts to reduce case processing times in each county and across the State. Data for the report are collected on an annual basis from each funded entity. Information is collected on how the FTG funds are spent, how the funds improved criminal case processing, case processing statistics, and comments on related issues encountered by the agencies during the year. The information in the report is presented for each funded county and the funded agencies within that county. Tables, figures, and appendixes
