Abstract
The introduction to the annual report describes the mission of the ADPS, funding levels, citizen complaints against employees, and critical incidents. The next section deals with the organization and activities of the Office of the Director. Detailed information is provided on programs and activities of the Operations Division, with emphasis on criminal investigations, the Gang Intelligence Team Enforcement Model, the Rocky Mountain Information Network, drug seizures, and highway patrol. The Support Division is examined in terms of training and technical support services, computer operations and information systems, and scientific analysis activities. Highlights of the ADPS for the 1997-1998 period are listed. Tables, figures, and photographs
