Abstract
THESE WAYS ARE COMPENSATION OF THE VICTIM IMPOSED BY THE COURT AS A SANCTION, COMPENSATION AS A CONDITION OF PROBATION, DISMISSAL OF CHARGES, ETC., COMPENSATION TO BE PAID OUT OF THE OFFENDER'S EARNINGS AS A PRISONER, AND COMPENSATION AWARDED BY THE COURT IN CASES WHERE THE VICTIM JOINS HIS COMPLAINT AND CLAIM TO THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S CASE IN A SO-CALLED 'ADHESION' PROCESS.
