Abstract
An introduction notes that crime has decreased, the detection rate has increased, and traffic fatalities were at their lowest level, although trends over a longer period need to be studied. Subsequent sections present overviews of crime and police activities in the agency's four geographic divisions and summaries of traffic law enforcement, specialized services, operational support, administrative services, career and organizational development, information technology, training, and other activities. Statistical tables describe police employment, traffic accidents and breath tests, reported and detected crime, offense types, drug seizures, police discipline, and finances. Photographs, figures, tables, and maps
