Abstract
Its goal is to guide those who may be faced with practical and legal problems in computer law. Topics covered in volume one include a discussion of basic legal and technical issues, copyright, trade secrets, mask works, trademark, warrantee, contracting, management techniques, acquisition of software, custom software, testing, user issues, and acquisition of hardware. Contract problems are emphasized throughout.
