Abstract
Kentucky has a unified court system that consists of two appellate levels and two trial levels. Appellate courts include the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. Trial courts are divided into circuit courts with general jurisdiction and district courts with limited jurisdiction. Detailed data are compiled on case filings and dispositions in circuit and district courts. Directories of Supreme Court justices, Court of Appeals judges, circuit and district judges, circuit court clerks, and court administrators are included, as well as program highlights of the Administrative Office of the Courts and information on Kentucky's judicial budget.
