PROGRESS ON EACH OF THE AREAS OF REFORM AND IMPROVEMENT ARE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE IMPROVED FILING SYSTEM, THE RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, AND NEW COURT EQUIPMENT.
Abstract
ALSO DESCRIBED ARE THE USE OF NEW COURT FORMS AND PROCEDURES, AND THE TRAINING PROCEDURES. THE EQUIPMENT PURCHASED INCLUDED FILING EQUIPMENT, NEW CARPETING, AND A NEW STENOTYPE MACHINE. IT IS STATED THAT THE TRAINING OF PERSONNEL STILL REMAINS A PROBELM, AND THAT GREATER EMPHASIS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THIS ASPECT OF THE PROJECT.
