Business crime is a fast-moving area of the law, particularly in the sanctions area, and this supplement to a business crime casebook is intended to keep materials in the casebook current.
Abstract
The supplement is designed to be an integral part of the student's study. For the most part, entries in the supplement add to materials in the casebook, although some entries are replacements for casebook materials. Each entry indicates the page in the casebook to which it applies. The supplement includes six problems, each placed at the end of a chapter. The purpose of the problems is to enable the student to review materials covered in the chapter and to use those materials to solve a real legal problem. The problems should test the student's understanding of legal rules and issues.
