SPECIFIC SECTIONS OUTLINE THE 1972 LAW CONCERNING SEARCHES PURSUANT TO A SEARCH WARRANT, ARRESTS WITH AND WITHOUT WARRANTS, PROBABLE CAUSE, ANNOUNCEMENT RULES REQUIRED UPON ENTRY INTO HOMES, 'REASONABLE' SEARCHES, STOP AND FRISK, VEHICLE SEARCHES, WARRANTLESS SEARCHES, CONSENT, AND SPECIAL TYPES OF SEARCHES (I.E. BORDER SEARCHES, AIRPORT SEARCHES, MILITARY SEARCHES, AND RESTROOM SEARCHES.) THE EXCLUSIONARY RULE IS DISCUSSED IN DETAIL, AS ARE ELECTRONIC EAVESDROPPING AND USING FORCE TO OBTAIN EVIDENCE.
