Abstract
The section on white collar crimes and offenses covers complex theft offenses, antitrust, unfair and deceptive trade practices, securities and commodities, investment and business opportunities violations, real estate and construction fraud, computer crime, unlawful rebates, tax violations, health and environmental violations, and racketeering in the political and legal processes. Procedural issues discussed here involve undercover techniques, search warrants, the grand jury, regulatory inspections and administrative subpoenas, privilege issues, and corporate liability and corporate officers' liability.
