Abstract
This report contains the post conference materials for the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention's RADAR Network National/International Conference held in 1999. The RADAR (Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource) Network is a far-reaching resource consisting of State clearinghouses, prevention resource centers, Department of Education Regional Training Centers, and national, international, and local organizations supporting substance abuse prevention activities. This material contained in this document include: a list of conference participants; session handouts and overhead transparencies from the national conference; international pre-conference workshop handouts; and powerpoint presentations on PREVLINE. The actual powerpoint presentations are not contained in the document but are available online at www.health.org/caradar/index.htm. The information contained in the handouts focuses primarily on building substance abuse prevention programs in the community.
