Abstract
The first section, entitled 'exchanges among practitioners' quotes court circulars, judicial opinions, and other authoritative statements on matters ranging from juvenile correctional institutions to administrative decentralization for more effective implementation of new family and delinquency prevention policies. Issues touched upon concern for the rights of minors, child abuse, delinquency among children under 13, child abandonment, and the Government's responsibility for children in placement as wards of the court. The second part of the volume is devoted to listings of laws and regulations, bibliographic citations, and case law under a series of topics including adoption, parental authority, criminology, divorce, international law, criminal law, social law, child protection, juvenile justice, drug addiction, correctional sanctions, specialized reeducation and prevention, and others. The appendix contains some texts partially quoted in the earlier parts of the volume.
