Abstract
LEGAL DEVELOPMENTS AND TRENDS IN THINKING ON THE SUBJECT OF CHILDREN'S RIGHTS ARE TRACED IN DISCUSSIONS OF THE PROCEDURAL AND SUBSTANTIVE RIGHTS OF MINORS.
