Abstract
THE NEW PROCEDURES (WHICH ARE SUMMARIZED IN THIS ANNUAL REPORT AND WHICH APPEAR UNABRIDGED IN THE APPENDIX) HAVE RESULTED IN A WARRANT SERVICE RATE OF 67 PERCENT; 300,000 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS IN REVENUES; A 45 PERCENT MANPOWER REDUCTION IN THE WARRANT UNIT; AND A DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO KEEP UP WITH ITS WORKLOAD. STATISTICS ARE PRESENTED ON THE NUMBER OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF WARRANTS SERVED, THE RESULTS OF THE WARRANT SERVING PROCEDURE (WHICH INCLUDES COMPUTER-GENERATED NOTIFICATION MAILINGS), AND WARRANT SERVICE RATES BY DISTRICT.
