Abstract
The report is submitted to the Committee on Armed Services of the U.S. Senate, to the Committee on National Security of the U.S. House of Representatives, and to the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Transportation, and Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The document contains the Joint Annual Report of the Code Committee, Report of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Army, Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Navy, Report of the Judge Advocate General of the Air Force, and Report of the Chief Counsel of the Coast Guard.
