Abstract
THIS ARTICLE EXPLORES SOME OF THE VARIABLES THAT ARE INTRODUCED BY OR THAT ACCOUNT FOR SOCIAL CHANGE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND THE INCREASE OF CRIME IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF CRIME IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE EXPERIENCES OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES ARE ALSO DISCUSSED.
