Abstract
IN ORDER TO IMPROVE JOB PERFORMANCE AND INSURE AN UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF MODERN CORRECTIONAL PHILOSOPHY, THE SESSIONS WERE DESIGNED TO EMPHASIZE BASIC AND ADVANCED CORRECTIONAL PRACTICES, ACCENTING CONTEMPORARY MANAGEMENT AND TREATMENT CONCEPTS. INCLUDED IN THE REPORT ARE CURRICULA FOR THE SEMINARS, EVALUATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERSONNEL, AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE PROJECTS OF A SIMILAR NATURE.
