Abstract
COMPILATION AND ANALYSIS OF RECORDS WILL BRING TO LIGHT NUMERICAL PERCENTAGES OF PAST ACTIVITY WHICH CAN BE CONTROLLED AND INFLUENCED. POLICE TACTICAL EFFORTS AGAINST THE STREET PROBLEMS CAN ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BE ASSESSED BY DETERMINING CONTRASTING REDUCTION EXTENTS FROM FOLLOW-UP STATISTICS. OTHER PLANS CONCERNING PHYSICAL SECURITY, TRAINING OR PRESSURE, PUBLIC EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAMS COULD ALSO BE JUDGED ON THE SAME BASIS.
