IN ADDITION, A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WAS DEVOTED TO RIDING WITH PATROL SUPERVISORS AND OFFICERS IN THE FIELD. IT WAS FOUND THAT THE CITY HAS A MANAGEABLE CRIME PROBLEM BUT THAT THE DEPARTMENT NEEDS A VIABLE POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROGRAM.
