Abstract
THE FIRST SECTION DEALS WITH CONTROLLING THE JUVENILE COURT. THE ISUES, BACKGROUND, AND METHODS OF THE STUDY ARE DESCRIBED. THE NEXT SECTION, ON COMPLIANCE WITH FORMS OF CONTROL, DISCUSSES DUE PROCESS CONSTRAINTS FROM THE STANDPOINT OF AUTHORITY AND INNOVATION AND FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COMPATIBILITY AND A COMPLIANCE MODEL. COMPLIANCE TO DIVERSION GRANT PROGRAMS IS ALSO TREATED HERE. A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLIANCE IS TENDERED. THE SECTION ON SOCIAL IMPACT DESCRIBES THE LEGAL AND SOCIAL EFFECTS OF DUE PROCESS MANDATES AND DISCUSSES A PRELIMINARY THEORY OF SOCIAL IMPACT. THE FINAL SECTION WRAPS UP THE FINDINGS OF THIS STUDY ON CONTROLLING ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH LAW.
