Abstract
This business strategy is based on the rationale that CI has the potential to become a self-sustaining revenue generator and a contributor to socioeconomic improvement. The plan includes a charter, mission statement, and outline of goals, which include survivability, growth, profitability, and rehabilitation. This document proposes strategies relevant to each of these goals as well as a three-phase implementation phase. The final sections of this plan cover organization, marketing, and financial management.
