This report provides a profile of Florida's detention facilities inmate population in November 1989.
Abstract
The figures, collapsed into male and female categories for adult and juvenile inmates, are categorized as felony, misdemeanor, and "other" (parole violations, State inmates, undocumented aliens, holdings for other jurisdictions, and detentions under the Baker mental health and Myers alcoholism Acts). The report includes statistics on average daily population, incarceration rates by county, overcrowding in county detention facilities, and pretrial inmate levels for each facility.
