STATES WITH NO FEE SCHEDULES ARE CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, IDAHO, KENTUCKY, LOUSIANA, MAINE, MARYLAND, MINNESOTA, MISSISSIPPI, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON, WISCONSIN, AND WYOMING. STATES WITH NO MAXIMUM FEE RATES ARE ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, CONNECTICUT, FLORIDA, IDAHO, KENTUCKY, LOUSIANA, MAINE, MARYLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, MONTANA, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NORTH DAKOTA, UTAH, WASHINGTON, AND WISCONSIN. FEE SCHEDULES RANGE FROM $10 TO $40 PER HOUR, WITH MANY STATES SETTING DIFFERENT FEES BY TYPE OF COURT OR CASE. SOME STATES HAVE FEES PER DAY OR MONTH OR EVEN PER CASE.
