A RATIONAL PRACTICE IS SET FOR CLASSIFICATION, TREATMENT, AND ORGANIZATION IN CORRECTIONS. ISSUES ARE RAISED REGARDING THE CLIENT, THE INSTITUTION, FIELD SERVICE, THE FUTURE OF PUNISHMENT, AND EVALUATING CORRECTIONAL SERVICE.
