A REPORT ON FISCAL 1973 AND 1974 GRANTS MADE BY THE NEW JERSEY STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT PLANNING AGENCY TO COUNTIES, MUNICIPALITIES, AND STATE LEVEL AGENCIES FOR PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND REDUCE CRIME.
Abstract
IT IS DESIGNED TO SHOW WHO RECEIVED FISCAL 1973 AND 1974 FUNDS, HOW THEY WERE SPENT AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. THIS REPORT OFFERS INFORMATION ON ALL FISCAL 1973 PROGRAM AREAS AND GIVES SPECIFIC DETAILS REGARDING THE SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF MANY OF THE 1973 PROJECTS. AN INTERIM REPORT ON THE MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND GRANTS AWARDED UNDER THE FISCAL 1974 PROGRAM AREAS AS OF AUGUST, 1975 IS ALSO OFFERED. ALSO MENTIONED ARE MAJOR PROGRAM AREA REDIRECTIONS MADE UNDER THE 1974 AND SUBSEQUENT CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANS.
