Abstract
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THIS ISSUE INCLUDE A CASE STUDY OF A JUVENILE COURT HEARING INVOLVING MURDER, A REVIEW OF MAJOR SUPREME COURT DECISIONS WHICH HAVE AFFECTED CRIMINAL JUSTICE, A BRIEF ARTICLE ON JUVENILE COURTS, AND TWO STUDENT STUDY PROJECTS ON TELEVISION VIOLENCE AND PERSONAL ATTITUDES TOWARD CRIME. ALL MATERIALS ARE INTENDED FOR STUDENT AND TEACHER USE AS A WAY TO STIMULATE SERIOUS CONSIDERATION OF THE CRIME PROBLEM. QUESTIONS FOR CLASS DISCUSSION ARE INCLUDED IN THE ARTICLES.
