AN ATLAS IS TO BE PRODUCED WHICH WILL SHOW, ON MAPS, HOW MANY AND WHAT OFFENSES ARE COMMITTED AT WHAT PLACES, WHERE THE OFFENDERS AND THE VICTIMS LIVE AND AT WHAT TIME CERTAIN OFFENSES ARE COMMITTED AT CERTAIN PLACES. THE PROJECT WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY A GROUP OF CRIMINOLOGISTS WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE WEST GERMAN FEDERAL CRIMINAL POLICE BUREAU. DATA USED IN THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE INFORMATION ON CRIME REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND INFORMATION ON UNREPORTED CRIME OBTAINED THROUGH A SURVEY OF THE POPULATION. --IN GERMAN
